You will have noticed that our four town centre offices remain closed. Like most organisations, we have had to change our service delivery model through the pandemic, and this has led us to review how we can provide the most effective service in the future.

Many people have told us that they find these methods of access more convenient and less costly. However, we know they don't suit everyone, so we are working with community organisations, services and local venues to develop ways for clients to get in touch with us via Community Access Points (CoAPs).

We believe that this will provide a cheaper and more effective service, giving clients more choice in how to access our services closer to where they live, without the need to travel to town centre offices.
