Stress can be a significant factor in causing both mental and physical health problems and Stress Awareness Month aims to raise awareness of the causes and cures for stress.  According to the Mental Health Foundation 74% of UK adults have felt so stressed at some point over the last year they felt overwhelmed or unable to cope.
