The Community Advice Assessor is a new and important role for us, requiring minimal training and specifically tasked with helping clients who access our services in a face-to-face setting in communities settings throughout the district, specifically Northwich, Neston, Malpas and Lache currently.

We need volunteers to greet clients and talk to them about the problems they’ve come for help with and to offer guidance and suggestions about how they can deal with their issues. All training is provided and support is available on site and remotely by our vastly experienced advice support team.

This is a new and exciting community project part-funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
