We give people the knowledge and confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem.

We are part of the national Citizens Advice network and offer confidential, independent advice via email, over the phone, and in person, for free.

We can help with making a benefit claim or appeal, including Universal Credit, and our Advice column provides information on some of the most common issues that we’re asked about.
