Volunteers Week takes place 1-7 June every year. It’s a chance to recognise the fantastic contribution volunteers make to our communities and say thank you.

Volunteers’ Week is entering its 39th year and it is a great opportunity to celebrate and thank volunteers for the positive, inspiring and often life-changing impact they have.

With this year’s theme of ‘Celebrate and Inspire’ we’re hoping to encourage people to be the change that they want to see and get involved in volunteering.

You can follow the updates of the organisers on Volunteers’ Week.

This year Volunteers’ Week also runs alongside the Big Help Out campaign designed to encourage people to volunteer in their communities.
