We have spaces available on our July Volunteer intake.

Working remotely at home to begin with, we will train you to be a volunteer adviser. The role would be ideal for someone looking to gain work experience or who has taken early retirement and involves answering phone calls, emails and webchat.

Initial training is 1 hour per week of group learning for 10 weeks. There are opportunities to receive further training to become a qualified adviser.

Candidates should be confident using a computer and be committed to volunteering for 8 hours per week for 6 months after the initial training.

For an application form email Mark Halford at [email protected]

Interviews will take place the week beginning Monday 21 June.
