Our Heating Bank has closed

Since its launch in 2022, the Heating Bank delivered over 8,000 financial awards to support low income households with energy bills and essential items related to energy and water use.

The new Crisis Resilience Fund has replaced the Household Support Fund, providing effective crisis support to residents. If you have had a financial shock and are in need of immediate help, the fund could offer assistance.

Struggling to Pay Bills or Emergency Situations

If you are struggling to pay your energy bills our Energy advice service is available to help. You should also contact your energy supplier if you have not done so already.
