At some venues it’s possible to receive in-person advice. Where there is a person icon on the map, you can contact the venue directly to arrange to speak to an adviser.

Our Chester office is based in the Historic Bluecoat Building in the city centre.  When you arrive, you will need to use our intercom system which can be found at Door 2 in the main entrance to the building. The door will then be remotely unlocked.  When entering, follow the corridor to the end and take a seat in the waiting room.  You will be greeted by one of trained volunteer advisers or Helen who will begin to deal with your query.

In person support is available at the Bluecoat Building on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 10.00-14.00. To book an appointment contact us via Adviceline or Advice by email.
