Our latest Impact Report shows how we directly supported local people through the Cost of Living crisis.

Besides our day to day service, where the value to the people who came to us for help topped £16 million, we worked with funders to make a difference where it was most needed:

• our Financial Inclusion project helped to lift nearly 400 people out of food poverty, so they no longer needed to use a food bank
• our Heating Bank distributed £300k of Household Support Fund money to residents struggling with fuel poverty
