If you have experienced any of the following Covid 19 symptoms in the three days prior to a visit to one of our Community Access Points, please do not attend. Please contact us instead via telephone or email.

Covid 19 symptoms include :

  • a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
  • a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
  • a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
Due to our commitment to the health, safety and well being of our staff, volunteers and clients, should you have Covid-19 symptoms on arrival or begin to develop them when on the premises, we will ask you to return at another time or contact us through a different channel.

If you have any further questions about Covid 19 then you can contact NHS direct on 111.
