If you need urgent mental health crisis support there is help available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for people of all ages.

You can also call the Samaritans for free 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.

The HELP scheme can offer support such as food vouchers, recycled goods and limited payments for emergency funding in a crisis.
